Shipping & returns

Standard Delivery:

  • We ship across all over PAN India, wherever the generalized national postal service have their reach.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
  • All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm IST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 6 pm IST are processed the next business day.
  • Stock items ship out within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
  • Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed.
  • Items which are made to order ship out in 5-7 business days.
  • Custom items can take between 5-15 business days to ship.
  • Note : We cannot cancel the order once the shipment is processed for delivery.

Shipping Rates :

  • Usually we provide free shipping on all our products, but if total order cost falls below Rs 500 or if product margins (sell Price) are very less then shipping cost is charged additionally.
  • Shipping cost if any is calculated on product basis and will be notified while placing the order.
  • Decorlake reserves right to make any changes in shipping rates as per policy and rate changes ammended by shipping companies.

Return Policy :

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your decision to buy from our website and that's why we allow to return product back to us . It’s very simple. If you're not happy with a product you’ve purchased from us, we’re going to make it right.
  • Here’s how it works:

    • If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased you can mark it for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and not damaged. In this case customer will have to bear the return shipping cost of product and will be adjusted with final refund amount.
    • We take utmost care to sell all products safely but even then If product delivered to you is different or damaged in such cases you can mark it for return within 7 days of delivery and entire return expenses will be born by decorLake. Refund for return in such cases will be done only post verification by our customer service.
    • For returned items customer can also opt for store credit valid for up to 365 days from the day of purchase.
    • Custom items can be returned only if they were received damaged or do not match the approved proof on file.

    Here's the simple, easy process for returning product to us:

    • Submit the return request by login to your account.
    • Specify the return reason and attach Image proof if product is damaged or different to what was ordered.
    • We'll email you a RMA # with shipping instructions.
    • We'll process your refund or store credit within 7 business days of receiving the material.
    • We'll email you once the refund or credit has been processed.
